Where do you ship to?

US and International.

How long does shipping take?

Our current turn around time is 3–4 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We’re happy to ship worldwide. Please note that international shipping times can vary, and buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click the link in that email anytime to follow your package on its journey from my little studio in Pennsylvania to your doorstep. If you don’t see a tracking email, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder just in case!

Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes! ✨ For an additional fee, we can rush your order and prioritize it in our production queue. We also offer expedited shipping options such as UPS 2-Day or Next Day Air for faster delivery. If you need your item by a specific date, please message me before placing your order so we can confirm availability and add the rush upgrade to your order.

My tracking says “delivered,” but I don’t see my package. What should I do?

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Castle Stitch is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your carrier to initiate a trace or claim. Castle Stitch will assist when possible but cannot replace or refund items once confirmed delivered by the carrier. Check with neighbors, your mailroom, or local post office. Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages early.

Can I change my shipping address after I order?

If you notice a mistake, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order. After a label is printed or the order is shipped, I can’t make changes — but if it hasn’t gone out yet, I’ll gladly update it for you!

Do you offer local pickup?

At this time, I don’t offer local pickups — all orders are shipped to keep workflow smooth and ensure everything is properly packed and tracked.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once your order leaves my studio, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier — but don’t worry, I’ll help however I can! If your package seems stuck or delayed, reach out to me and I’ll do my best to track it down or guide you through filing a claim.

Do you accept bulk or group orders?

Yes! We absolutely do bulk orders for families, friend groups, bridal parties, or special events. Whether you’re planning matching Disney trip outfits or creating gifts for a group, I can work with you on designs, colors, and bulk pricing. Just send a message or email for a custom quote.

Can I change my order after it’s placed?

If you need to adjust your order (like size or color) please contact me within 24 hours of placing it. After that, I usually start production and may not be able to make changes.

Do you restock old designs?

Sometimes! Some designs are limited edition, but I often bring back bestsellers or seasonal favorites. Follow @CastleStitchCo on Instagram for sneak peeks, restock updates, and new releases.

Where are you located?

Castle Stitch is based in beautiful Pennsylvania, where everything is designed, embroidered, and packaged right from my home studio. Every single item is made in-house — no outsourcing, no mass production — just true handmade craftsmanship.

Do you offer custom designs?

Sometimes! I love creating special pieces when my schedule allows. If you have an idea for a custom color combo or small personalization, send me a message — I’ll do my best to make it happen or let you know if I have space in my production queue.

Who makes the sweatshirts?

Each piece is made by me, Jenessa, the heart behind Castle Stitch! From designing the artwork to running the embroidery machine and packing your order, it’s a one-woman process from start to finish (with help from lots of coffee ☕ and Disney playlists).

What’s the inside of the embroidery like?

Soft! I use a comfort backing so it feels smooth and cozy against your skin. No scratchy threads here — just high-quality embroidery that’s made to last while staying comfy to wear.

How should I wash my embroidered apparel?

To keep your piece looking beautiful, turn it inside out before washing. Use cold water, a gentle cycle, and avoid bleach or fabric softeners. Air dry or tumble dry low. Never iron directly on the embroidery — if needed, turn it inside out and lightly steam or iron around the design.

What kind of thread do you use?

I use high-quality professional embroidery threads that are fade-resistant, durable, and color-rich. Each one is chosen carefully to complement the design and stay beautiful even after many washes.

Do you do collaborations or wholesale?

Occasionally, yes! I’m open to collaborating with other small shops, creators, or boutiques that align with the Castle Stitch brand. If you’re interested in wholesale or a special collaboration, please email me directly at hello@castlestitch.com.

Do you ever have sales or discount codes?

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Each sweatshirt is handmade, so slight variations in thread placement or color tone may occur — that’s the beauty of embroidery!

Returns

What’s your return or exchange policy?

Because each item is handmade to order, we don’t typically accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@castlestitch.com.Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll evaluate the situation and, if applicable, issue a replacement or store credit. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Can I cancel my order?

Because each Castle Stitch piece is handmade to order, we’re unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Production begins quickly after your purchase to ensure every item is completed on time. If you notice an error (like the wrong size, color, or address), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help before production begins. Every order is made especially for you — thank you so much for understanding and supporting handmade craftsmanship! ✨
